From the parking lot (close to
the tunnel, cross a footbridge on right
(facing the tunnel) to a small lake with a gazebo - Interesting photos with fallen trees in the water |

From Walhalla, drive west on SC
28 for 6.9 miles. Turn right at the sign for Stumphouse Tunnel Park.
Park and walk across the footbridge on the west side of the parking
lot. |

The Park is open daily from 10am to sunset (DST) except Christmas Day and inclement weather. There is a parking fee and a fee to reserve the large picnic shelter |
